Yes this Tip that I am going to give today was given to me two years back. Yes its a tip given by very experienced and aged person. Of course, People generation back from us hold more experience and great good health tips. This health tip is for every one.
For all who are working or non-working. By evening you are fully tired, weather it was long hectic day at office or you were doing house hold work.
In evening before taking any snack or water:
- Wash your feet.
- Wash your face.
- Lie down, start countdown timer for ten minutes.
- While lying down straight on your back, don't use pillow under your head instead keep your feet on little height using pillow under your feet. This way blood circulation to your head will increase, which was low due to whole day sitting or standing position. And you will be refreshed in ten minutes.
"So while lying down, with legs bit higher, and timer for ten minutes on. Forget everything. Focus on your breathing. Thanks God for whatever happened today. Focus on God Who Gave you these Precious Breath to live this moment".
Before you Sleep:
- Wash your Feet Before You sleep. And Massage them With oil.
- Take a glass of hot milk with Any of these:
*Half spoon of Honey.
*One spoon of Ghee. If no BP Problem is there.
*One spoon of Ghee. If no BP Problem is there.
Analyse your full day. Say Thanks to God For the Good he did for you. And Sorry for your mistakes with promise to never repeat them again. Now forget this day, and remeber your learnings only.
Start A new day with Positive energy. Notice the change.
If Possible do thirty minutes of Yoga or Exercise Daily.
