Tips for Morning Sickness


You woke up in morning you are feeling like butterflies in your stomach. Or Feeling like vomiting, very weak. Reason is you were sleeping whole night and for a pregnant women staying empty stomach for longer time brings the feeling of weakness and nausea. 

So Time you wake up, Brush your teeth and first thing to do is to eat something and take milk or juice what ever you feel like. But Don't stay hungry at all. You will feel more like vomiting if you will be empty stomach. Don't overload your digestive system, therefore taking meals at small intervals is necessary.

Prepare your schedule in such a way that every one and a half hour you are eating something. Don't take food all in one time. Divide your meal into several times a day.

Pregnancy never means over eating. Eat upto your hunger only. Never stay full up-to Brim.
