Walk


Go for Walk.. Walk a little than take rest.
Keep sipper with you. Take plenty of liquid. In form of juice, Butter milk, Water etc.

Don't go for long walk. While walking move a while take rest ... continue in same manner.
Don't Stand for long time continuously. Try to stretch your legs straight, every hour or every two hours a day. So that feet swelling problem is not there.

Do Kegel exercise. 
What it is? I will tell you in next blog. Till than take care.
